What to Expect 

After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive intake forms to complete prior to your first session.


You will also receive a confirmation email with details including your appointment time, clinician, and (if applicable) your secure telehealth link.


Our goal is to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible from the very beginning.

Our Therapeutic Approaches

At Peace of Mind 5280, Inc., we use a variety of evidence-based and person-centered approaches tailored to each individual’s needs. Your clinician will work with you to determine the most effective path for your care. 


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
A practical, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals identify and reframe negative thought patterns and behaviors, building healthier coping strategies and emotional resilience.


Humanistic Therapy:
A compassionate, person-centered approach that emphasizes self-awareness, personal growth, and the belief that every individual holds the capacity for healing and positive change.


Existential Therapy:
This approach helps clients explore meaning, purpose, and authenticity in life, guiding them toward strength and clarity through life’s transitions and uncertainties.


Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT):
An evidence-based therapy that combines acceptance and change strategies to help clients regulate emotions, improve relationships, and strengthen mindfulness and distress tolerance skills.

After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive your intake forms to complete prior to your initial session. Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to prepare for your session, including the date, time, the secure link to your telehealth services, and your therapist's name.
