Our Services

Compassionate Mental Health Care for Our Rural Community

At Peace of Mind 5280, Inc., we provide high-quality, compassionate behavioral health services to individuals, families, and communities across Colorado, with a strong commitment to rural and underserved areas.

We understand the unique challenges that come with living outside the city, including limited access to care and increased isolation. Our goal is to ensure that care is accessible, effective, and tailored to your needs.

Whether you are seeking in-person or telehealth services, our team is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Financial Support Options

We believe that access to care should not be limited by financial barriers. If cost is a concern, support may be available through our nonprofit partner, Peace of Mind Collaborative.

Peace of Mind Collaborative offers scholarships and funding support to help individuals and families access care.

Who We Serve

Individuals

Life presents challenges that can impact mental health. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties, our team offers personalized care to help you heal and grow.
Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults

Childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood are critical times for emotional development and growth. Navigating these stages can be overwhelming, and our team provides a supportive space for individuals (ages 5+) to address behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, school stress, trauma, anxiety, and more.

We focus on building self-awareness, coping skills, and emotional well-being, while collaborating closely with families to foster resilience, growth, and long-term mental health.
Rural and Underserved Communities

Access to mental health care shouldn’t be limited by location. We provide in-person support in Elizabeth, CO, as well as telehealth services to reach those in rural or underserved areas.
First Responders, Law Enforcement, and Military Personnel

We understand the unique stressors of serving in high-risk professions. Our specialized programs provide a confidential and supportive space where you can process trauma, manage stress, and strengthen resilience.
