In some cases, we may be considered out of network with certain insurance plans due to closed panels. When this occurs, we actively work to explore options such as single case agreements to help secure in-network rates whenever possible.
If an in-network agreement cannot be established, we will work with you to explore flexible payment options and find a solution that supports your access to care.
For individuals paying out of pocket, we offer a sliding scale fee structure based on financial need.
Individual therapy sessions typically range from $100 to $175, depending on individual circumstances.
Our goal is to provide flexible options so that financial concerns do not prevent access to care.
For individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, additional support may be available through our nonprofit partner, Peace of Mind Collaborative.
Peace of Mind Collaborative provides scholarships and funding support to help reduce the cost of care. This support is designed to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent access to services.

At times, we may be considered out of network for certain insurance plans. This is not due to a lack of willingness to participate, but rather because some insurance companies have closed networks and are not currently accepting new providers.
When this happens, we make every effort to work directly with the insurance company to obtain an in-network contract or to request a single case agreement on behalf of the client. These agreements allow us to provide care at in-network rates whenever possible, even if a formal contract is not yet in place.
If we are unable to secure an in-network agreement, our priority remains ensuring that care is affordable and accessible. We will work closely with each client to discuss flexible payment options and find a solution that meets their needs.
At Peace of Mind 5280, Inc., we are committed to transparency, collaboration, and advocacy, because everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care, regardless of insurance barriers.
